Mid 60s Verner Panton designed this unusual furniture for Thonet. Formal extremely reduced, characterized by geometric shapes, the chair and the table features simple elegance. Only the curved wood in matt-black finish highlights the appealing form. Other decorative elements were not used.
This type of furniture were produced only for a short period and are correspondingly rare to find today. Must be emphasized the particularly good state in which the furniture present themselves. So they could make parte of a furniture collection or may be acquired for daily use.
