Karl Trabert designed in the early 1930s for the Frankfurt manufacturer Schanzenbach + Co. a desk lamp, which had a special feature: The lamp shaft was formed in two parts as a parallelogram, so it was ensured that no glare occurred when tilting the screen. The lighted room merely shifted forward or backward. Here we offer a similar model in construction, but certainly designed after 1933 for the Swiss quality manufacturer, the Bronze AG in Turgi. Our model has perfect age patina, is also available as pair and has the warm, copper-colored finish.
