about this Object:
A more reduced design is hardly possible in a pendant lamp. Only body of the bulb is covered by a flat glass cube in translucent clear blue. Flavio Poli created these formally extremely reduced luminaires at SEGUSO Vetri the Arte in Murano in the mid-1960s. Our 3 copies have been rewired and perfectly preserved, with the flat canopy attached. Apparently effortless and easy to manufacture, the lights seem to be a thing of the past. To achieve this smooth effect, the glass body was first cast, then ground and polished on all sides.
