slight traces of wear. Professionally rewired with an internal steel cable, the elegant ball lamp by Vilhelm Wohlert is now fully functional again. Louis Poulsen had the lamp glasses made at Peill + Putzler in Düren in the Rhineland because of the perfection in production at that time.

Vilhelm Wohlert designed the Wohlert pendant light in 1959 after Louis Poulsen commissioned him to create a pendant light for different room sizes that was easy to install and maintain. Even today, over 60 years later, this concept is still relevant and the lamp can also be found in modern interiors.
