The "PIRELLONE" floor light is formally inspired by the architecture of the PIRELLI high-rise, where Gio Ponti played a major role in 1958. The luminaire is also elongated, navet-shaped, which radiates evenly through the many spots in the light. The fixture was made by FONTANA ARTE, whose first artistic director was also Gio Ponti.
