with slight signs of wear. This unusual architectural furniture is simply color coordinated in shades of gray. All surfaces are covered with robust formica, which has withstood almost 60 years quite well. Only a few drawers have slight damage in the Formica at the corners, when closed they are barely visible. The sloping front of the drawers with an invisible handle bar from below is remarkable. The fronts of the drawers can be labeled. The internal dimensions of the drawers are 95 x 66 cm, making them suitable for paper formats up to and including DIN A1.

about this Object:
This plan cabinet comes from a well-known Berlin architects' household, matching the extremely practical desk with a drawing function when the top is tilted. The plan cabinet is well made in terms of carpentry, the drawers run in slide rails made of solid beech. The overall impression of the cabinet is very good, the functions are given and the hard-wearing formica has only a slight patina of age. It must be emphasized that such well-preserved writing and drawing furniture from this time in a tasteful design and high-quality finish is very rarely offered.
