Description:

In 1958 IWC in Schaffhausen produced this elegant wristwatch in 18-carat rose gold. It is powered by the legendary Caliber 89, a manual wind movement, which was also has been installed in the mother of all pilot watches, the Mark II for English pilots. Highest precision and reliability, best quality and durability are associated with this movement. Our watch, although from 1958, shows almost no signs of wear. The rose gold-colored dial with the sparingly applied Arabic numerals looks flawless, the 3 hands with the second from the center are certainly original and perfectly preserved. The crown may have been replicated against a piece of size and color. The watch comes with a new RIOS calfskin strap embossed in champagne on an alligator. The cal.89 shows on the time scale with crown and 18,000 vibrations down an amplitude of 320 degrees with a process of +10 seconds.
