Description:
The reference 788, Breitling's Premier, was one of the top products of its time. The screwed stainless steel case with round, formerly watertight pushers, the high-quality movement Venus Cal. 152 with shock protection, all this characterizes the Premier from 1945 and raises it above many chronographs from other manufacturers that did not offer these features. The Venus movement 152 differs from the famous Venus Cal. 178 in size only, the Cal. 152 has the same construction and reliability but with a smaller diameter. All in all, such watches are rarely found today in this unmodified original condition.
