Description:
Heinrich Möller designed some trend-setting table clocks for KIENZLE in the 1930s. Rudolph Bistrick, a great jeweler and speaker of the Society for Time Measurement and Watchmaking wrote about the KIENZLE STILUHREN 1937: "A few style watches proudly show:" We are here! "And" We are beautiful! ". You are right, but you are also the only one. They are stars that have fallen from the sky, the way we want them. Works of art that shine on us. " This is also clearly expressed in our grand table clock with 8 days movement, 15 stones and signs of the zodiac. Manufactured to the highest quality, behind 2 real glass panes, sawn in solid brass, the wonderful Zodiac signs appear, which frame the dial designed in the style of the new practicality. The dial is also made of brass with wedge-shaped indices and simple hands for hours and minutes. The design of the watch sets fine accents characterized by the alternation of matt and polished surfaces, all protected from tarnishing with protective lacquer. The condition is very good, abrasion on the lacquer and oxidation on the brass only occurred on the top edge. The rare watch is otherwise in very good, original condition.
