Description:
This fine women's wristwatch by UNION HORLOGÉRE from Switzerland was made around 1910, see signature on the dial. Band and case are made of silver and marked 800/1000. With an enamel dial, red 12, the tulasilver decor on the case and strap, the watch has all the features of an expensive product of its time. What is striking is the almost perfect condition of the fine ladie`s watch. Tula silver decors are executed in black enamel, this breaks easily, the enamel dial is still perfect and without hairline cracks. The small movement has also been freshly cleaned and is accurate. The firmly attached strap even has a safety clip on the clasp and all strap links are comfortably designed with a spring-loaded mechanism. A drawer watch over 100 years old, which was probably only worn on special occasions.
